View ProfileEarl Beatty Community Centre offers a wide variety of recreational programs for all ages including: swimming lessons, camp programs in March and during the day in the summer, creative arts, ballet, jazz, gymnastics beginner recreational and advanced, caregiver & tot playtime, kinder gym, karate beginner intermediate and advanced, soccer house league, ball hockey. The Community Centre also offers fitness activities such as yoga, Pilates, and Zumba and Youth leadership training in babysitting. [read more]
View ProfileThe City of Toronto has 10 community centres that are managed, operated and maintained by volunteer Boards of Management, which are collectively referred to as the Association of Community Centres (AOCCs). These community centres are multi-purpose facilities that provide public space, programs and services to meet the recreation and social needs of local communities. The core administrative activities of the community centres are funded by the City while the program component is funded through fees, donations and grants. Eastview operates out of a facility owned and funded by the City of Toronto. This invaluable contribution covers the cost of our building, it’s maintenance and administration which allows 100% of the funds that we raise to go directly to programming.
