Did you know you can register for a library card online as well as in person? If you live in Ontario, you can get a free membership to the Oshawa Public Libraries. To register for a Library card, visit a branch near you. Please bring proof of identity, including proof of address (e.g., driver’s license, Ontario ID, or a birth certificate and bank statement) and we’ll register you for a card.
