For the main course signature dishes include Peter’s cut Prime Rib, USDA Prime NY steak, Filet Mignon and succulent seasoned rack of lamb. The aromas of Chateaubriand and Peppercorn steak are a delight to the senses while the sauce is prepared as you watch. If it’s surf you prefer have the fresh Dover Sole served at your table, a platter of Alaskan king crab legs or succulent lobster tails.
