Joseph was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in choosing two new light fixtures for our home. When I picked them up from the store they were wrapped in boxes but it was only when the electrician opened the boxes in order to install the fixtures did we realize what Joseph had done....he put so much thought into the packaging to make sure that nothing would break and that the fixtures arrived in perfect condition. I also made an error in choosing the incorrect light bulbs for one of the fixtures. Joseph had no problem with me exchanging them for the correct ones and making sure I was entirely happy. Customer service like this is so rare to find!!! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Joseph and I would highly recommend using this store for any of your lighting needs!!!
