We called Alex to replace our garage door and we were lucky that he was able to come out the same day as our old garage door had fallen off the track.

Alex garage door service was excellent. My garage door spring broke in the morning and couldn't open the door. I contacted him to see if he could come today. Within few hours he came and replaced the broken springs. He also gave me 2 yrs warranty with the springs. His service was professional and he knows what he doing. More importantly his price was reasonable too. I would recommend him for any garage door issue for sure. Great guy.
Found them on Facebook Marketplace. They sent a repairman who charged $600 for 30–40 minutes of work and didn’t even fix the dent properly. When we asked him to fix the area he missed, he threatened to call the police — even though we never refused to pay. We simply wanted the quality of work to match the price.
He also told us the repair would be $600 cash, but $900 + tax if we paid by e-transfer, which made no sense and felt very dishonest.
When I contacted the business to address this, they said they would speak to the technician and get back to me. The next day, they blocked me.
Extremely unprofessional experience. The work was poor, the pricing was suspicious, and the intimidation tactics were unacceptable. They take advantage of people who need urgent help. I do not recommend this business.
