WildFlour Bakery is a family owned and operated small business in the heart of downtown Milton. We specialize in Portuguese and European pastries and breads. We make everything in-house from scratch daily following century old traditional Portuguese recipes. Our specialty coffee imported from Portugal and our seating area create an authentic bakery experience. Fabio Rocha, our owner and head baker, is a professional Pastry Chef from Portugal who specializes in custom cakes and traditional Portuguese pastries and breads. He holds a certificate in bakery and pastry from the Portuguese Association of Professional Chefs and also has experience with Italian baked goods.
