Established in 2007 as an extension of its original Stouffville roots, Annina’s began as a welcoming, family-concept café. Today, it has evolved into a celebrated local hidden gem. Visitors travel from across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to experience our fresh, scratch-made desserts and hearty meals, all crafted with love by the Annina’s family.

Leading our talented kitchen team is Chef Marco Cassano, the inspiration, culinary vision, and driving force behind the Annina’s brand.

Under his leadership, the Annina’s team crafts a delicious daily assortment of fresh-baked treats, artisanal pastries, country-style breakfasts, and satisfying gourmet lunches. To bring our signature flavors directly to the streets of Toronto, we launched our popular food truck, Temptations, in 2015. In addition to our bakeshop, café, and food truck operations, Annina’s provides full-service event coordinating and corporate catering for up to 800 guests.
