Originating in Jamaica, JERK is the process of marinating meat and smoking it slowly over a bed of aromatic wood. The result is a moist, tender meat infused with distinct flavour.
Tdot Jerk has successfully been replicating this process in Toronto since 2015. Unlike it's competitors that use a stove or oven, Tdot Jerk is bringing you the most authentic Jerk the city has to offer.
