The food was great with fair portions. The taste was mellow—neither greasy nor too salty, but full of flavor. The ingredients were fresh and healthy. Thanks to the chef!

We also enjoyed the Ukrainian drink called compote they recommended.

The service was generous, attentive, friendly and welcoming.

It’s a lovely spot for a date—cozy and beautifully decorated with flora and fauna. We loved the atmosphere!

Everything was well-balanced and thoughtfully combined. For us, trying Ukrainian food for the first time was a truly pleasant experience.

We were patiently waiting to see what would open in this spot in our beloved Kerr Village. We enjoyed a delicious brunch that was perfect for a cold day. The stew was so comforting and the salmon breakfast was fresh. The service was excellent - we felt welcomed by the friendly staff. Will be back again to try more of the menu, especially the Ukrainian specials!

I tried beet carpaccio for the first time, it's really something amazing. A light and at the same time hearty salad with shrimps perfectly complemented our dinner. We will definitely come back to try other dishes.

WOW!!! Had an INCREDIBLE experience at Color Eat. The food was exceptional. Beet carpaccio, borscht, salmon app and the beef stroganoff are really really delicious. My first Ukrainian dining experience and was blown away! Chef Alex is very talented and staff are very warm. MUST TRY!

I've never tried food from Ukraine before, but it's absolutely amazing! Perfect for cold weather! Service is the best. Beet Carparico is a must try, I don't normally like beets but I love this! Had the beef stew, 10/10, perfect! So glad I tried this place out, will be back.

We love supporting local business, especially Ukrainian based establishments. My husband and I enjoyed a delicious Sunday brunch after hearing so many great things about this place! The food is impeccable. Everything is made from scratch including the freshly squeezed orange juice. Chef Oleksander gave us a few items to sample including his sauerkraut and some fresh cheesecake! Both were also very delicious and items that we will order the next time we go in! We were so full after that delicious meal, so make sure to come in hungry! We will be trying some of the lunch menu items the next time we drop in. Daniel was also very hospitable and polite. Five stars!!!!

New place. Very welcoming and warm atmosphere. Traditional food is simple but so delicious. Smashing cappuccino and espresso! Halfway of my first dish, I've already sent a few photos to relatives and friends - they won't be disappointed!

ColorEat food quality and service consistent! Salmon breakfast - something that will start and keep good feelings about your day no matter of weather! And, cappuccino - as the first visit - smashing! Go taste yourself!

Went for a late lunch and really enjoyed our experience trying lots of different dishes. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and even surprised us with dessert after overhearing it was someone's birthday. Highly recommend trying this place!
