A TASTE TO SAVOUR Authentic Jamaican Cuisine take-out and Catering food outlet. The Chef, born and raised Jamaican 🇯🇲 went to culinary school in Jamaica 🇯🇲 and Canada 🇨🇦. A Taste To Savour offers food with bursting Jamaican flavors (scotch bonnet pepper, thyme, ginger, garlic, allspice etc) even though we mention scotch bonnet pepper it is a nice balance NOT TOO SPICY. What a fantastic dinner spread! My Husband has been talking about ordering food from this place and I am so happy he did. We got the curry goat, oxtail and Jerk chicken. Everything literally melted in your mouth, very well seasoned and prepared. I could taste the Love that was put into these meals. Can’t wait to order again from A Taste to Savour!!
Had the Curry Goat and Jerk Chicken. The entire dish tasted amazing. The plantains were cooked perfectly. I will be coming back more often.
Our food was very delicious and tasted very fresh like from a grandma’s kitchen. It wasn’t laden with heavy sugary sauces or salty. We continue to order family platters from Shaun to help with meal planning during the week. Excellent and courteous communication as well.
Shawn catered a Christmas market in Hamilton today and I ordered the jerk chicken wrap. Awesome seasoning and spice level. Really really delicious! I’ll definitely keep an eye out for future catering events - this dude can cook!
