WildFlour Bakery is a family owned and operated small business in the heart of downtown Milton. We specialize in Portuguese and European pastries and breads. We make everything in-house from scratch daily following century old traditional Portuguese recipes. Our specialty coffee imported from Portugal and our seating area create an authentic bakery experience.
Fabio Rocha, our owner and head baker, is a professional Pastry Chef from Portugal who specializes in custom cakes and traditional Portuguese pastries and breads. He holds a certificate in bakery and pastry from the Portuguese Association of Professional Chefs and also has experience with Italian baked goods. He has always had a passion for baking from a young age, and continued to pursue it once he immigrated to Canada in 2017 looking for a brighter future.
I saw this bakery a couple times driving by and it’s always busy with people. I drove by today and thought I’d give it a shot. I was so happy I did, it’s by far the best bakery in Milton. The bread is made fresh every day, the delta coffee was out of this world and the sandwich all reminded me of Europe. I highly recommend.
Wonderful Wildflour bakery! I love to stop in for lunch and have a turkey & cheese sandwich on their fresh Portuguese bread. Can’t ever seem to pass up the delicious array of traditional desserts and Portuguese pastries - haven’t found any I don’t like yet! What more could you want - the menu is always interesting, fresh and satisfying, the prices are totally affordable, the service is personal & warm, and the atmosphere is always very clean, well decorated and welcoming. They have plenty of space to dine in and gorgeous art of local artists displayed (some even for sale). You can also now purchase a small assortment of grocery items here. Can’t wait to watch this business continue to grow, and take all my friends here for sandwiches!
