The Mobile Notary was founded in 2020 by Ken Gogna, a Licensed Paralegal who has been providing legal services since 2012. After going to grad school to finish his Master of Business Administration, Ken saw the opportunity to enhance access to justice by providing professional, affordable and convenient notary and commissioner services during the pandemic.
The Mobile Notary comes to you, when you are ready, and we always wear personal protective equipment such as three layer face masks, and use hand-sanitizer before and after we meet with our clients. It is a relatively simple procedure, and is done in the safety of your own home. Contact us for details. Currently, notarization of documents cannot be done virtually.
