William is an amazing dude, and great to work with. I messed up my design and had black lettering on a black shirt. He called me right away to let me know and fixed my error. The turnaround was extremely fast and the quality is amazing
I have had t-shirts made from William Shaw for years now for my activities with the LIFE Community Project. Looking back close to 10 years now. Over the years I have had many different styles and some hats produced as well. With addition of mugs and so much more I look forward to working with Soundstream Apparel for some of our fundraising products we are looking to have made for our organization.
William has always worked to make sure the I was happy with the work and has fixed any issues that were within his control. It is great that he now has a dedicated location downtown to drop off or pick up from.
