The Hockey Club - Elite Training Center
Our hockey programs are for players and goalies of all ages from Novice to Pro, where we provide expert instruction in core Puck Handling skills, Small area skills, agility, and reaction skills that are needed to have optimal success.
The majority of young goaltenders don’t get nearly enough goaltending specific skating during their team practices. Practicing the movements properly and sometimes without pucks help the goaltenders train through repetition and develop muscle memory in order to improve upon their current abilities and create strength, confidence and consistency in their play.

Cole's World
About Cole’s World
Cole’s World came about when Cole Hernandez was diagnosed with Leukemia in January 2019, at the age of 8. We noticed while he was hospitalized for 7 months straight that most kids were not as fortunate as Cole to have access to their favourite things – including iPads, personal bedding, toys, games, and a bedroom that was fully decorated to keep the positive momentum. Most of the parents had to make sacrifices and changes – which included leaving jobs and resulting in single-family incomes to ensure that support could be granted 24/7 for their sick children in the hospital. This is of course even more challenging for single parents or parents from other countries. In seeing all this in action, we – together with Cole – noticed that more could be done here and began talking about Cole’s World – an idea to help other kids and families. This charity would provide kids with a room away from home. They would get a full bedding set of their choice, a laptop or iPad, toys, video games, books, puzzles, a customized stuffed animal with their name on it and much more. The intent is to provide a completely decorated and personalized room – one that would take their minds off the painful and uncomfortable chemotherapy treatments and the side effects. We know firsthand and saw noticeable changes in Cole when we were able to provide him the extra special support. Two weeks before his passing we discussed Cole’s World and he wanted us to continue with this charity in his name. He wanted to help other kids. That is why it is important that we use Cole’s World as the name.

Pizza Nostra was founded in 2015 by brothers Marco and Andrea Grande. Marco and Andrea were raised in the food industry, working from an early age with their father, Rosario, at his butcher shop on Jane Street in Toronto.
Marco brings with him his passion for quality and his experience as a butcher. He knows how to bring out the best of every cut of meat. Every hoagie he makes is filled with meat that he has cut and prepared himself. Marco has been making his own sausages and cured meats for years - an artisanal talent he brings with him to Pizza Nostra.
Andrea's passion for food and zest for life led him from his father's butcher shop to his cousin's pizzeria in New Jersey. There he learned the pizza business and successfully ran it for years. Andrea perfected their pizza recipe and built a reputation for delicious, high-quality pies - a reputation he'll build on back home in Ontario.
Together, Marco and Andrea are committed to providing the highest quality ingredients, many of which are hand-made or hand-cut in house. They are firm believers in the value of small-batch, hand-crafted foods that are made with passion. The Grande brothers look forward to serving you for years to come!
