William was educated in New York City and holds a bachelors degree in Economics and Mathematics from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business and is a proud member and a student of the APDT (Association of Professional Dog Trainers). Chef Rajan grew up in Nepal and worked 10 years in different Asian countries as a chef in high-end hotels and would like to share his experience with Asian cuisine to the Durham region.
