“Barn Built” by CrossFit Birch Bender is a fitness movement unparalleled in the area. The “gym” is carved into a newly renovated and outfitted century barn isolated on a farm within the Oak Ridges Moraine, far from the concrete jungle and settled at the edge of hay fields, wooded trails, and grasslands.
The fitness movement here is one that doesn’t take itself too seriously - an environment and community that lends itself to staying active while enjoying the process. We get it - the last year and a half has been tough for most of us. We understand that fitness may not have been a priority.
Most people here are just like you! Our group classes and personal training services are designed for people of all ages, experience levels, and movement abilities.
