100% recommend this place. I scheduled an ear wax cleaning and Danielle the specialist assisted me with the cleaning. It's not my first time getting my ears cleaned but she helps you feel comfortable during the process, as I know getting your ears cleaned is somewhat foreign for some people. It was surprisingly really quick too and I can finally hear better and I feel less pressure in my ears. I'll definitely be coming back here in the future!
If I could give this clinic 10 stars I would! I started having problems with my ears early in the summer of 2022. I would go deaf if any water got in my ears from swimming and it would take 2-3 days to resolve itself. I went to Emergency at a Hospital near our cottage early last summer. The doctor took a very, very quick look and told me I had "Swimmers Ear". Medication did nothing. Was unable to swim all last summer. I decided to go to my GP 3 weeks ago to get a referral for an ENT as we are heading South, and I love to snorkel. My GP examined my ears and told me that I had completely blocked ears with wax plugs. Instructed me to put mineral oil in each ear 2-3 times a day for a week and come back. He attempted to flush out my ears with a syringe which was very painful, and has since left me totally deaf in my left ear. Nothing came out from the flushing. GP referred me to 2 specialists who couldn't see me until late April, and the other not available until the end of this coming November!! Sent another referral to a Rapid Access Clinic where I saw another "ENT specialist" this morning. Total waste of time. Told me to keep putting oil in my ears for the next 3-4 weeks and could not answer any of my questions. When we got home, my wife found this clinic minutes away from us (Saturday) and I was in to see Danielle within the hour. The last 2-3 weeks have been a living nightmare with very limited hearing, pain, tinnitus, dizziness, and a mild headache all the time. I could not function at my work. Danielle put an end to all of this suffering in minutes, and was able to resolve all my issues. It's like I've been given a new lease on life! The approach and set up in this clinic clearly shows just how broken and useless our Health Care System has become. Danielle is so competent at her job that she makes all the doctors I've seen in the past year look like 3rd world practitioners with limited skills and knowledge. The best money I have spent on anything for a long time! Thank you Danielle!!
Dr Vittoria does a great job with wax removal. Have seen her now multiple times and she explains the process and answers all your questions each time. Yes there is a cost, but it’s nice to not be surrounded by sick people in a doctors office and go to this specialty ear clinic instead. Definitely recommend.
I'm super happy that I found this establishment for ear wax removal and hearing services. Dr. Vittoria Curtis is very gentle with the extraction process. She's very knowledgeable in her field and understands exactly what's needed to assist you with any kind of hearing impairment that you may be experiencing. I wish I found this place a lot sooner. Without a doubt, I would send all of my referrals to this place for hearing services in the future.
